Terms and conditions

1. Scope

By placing an order on the online site www.dodionline.com, you agree to accept our General Terms & Conditions.

Some of the following clauses may change over time. We therefore recommend you to familiarise yourself with them before placing any order.

2. Minimum purchase

The minimum order value is 100 Euros excluding VAT.

3. Prices

The current prices at the time that the order is placed shall apply. All prices are in Euros and exclude taxes and delivery costs.

For all sales made to countries other than France the buyer will be exempt from paying VAT, subject to provision and verification of their European Union VAT number.

4. Product information

The photographs are not contractual and thus do not commit LEMI SRL to any form of liability. LEMI SRL can also not be held liable for any errors in the product descriptions provided by its suppliers or partners.

5. Availability

All orders placed are subject to our acceptance. The supply of the products is contingent on the stock being available. The buyer will be informed about the unavailability of one or more products.

6. Retention of title

The products shall remain the property of LEMI SRL until they have been paid for in full.  

7. Changes to orders

Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting it. Once it has been submitted it can no longer be changed. Please take particular care to ensure that the delivery details provided are correct.

8. Delivery/shipping: costs and lead times

For Great Britain, Metropolitan France, Belgium, Spain and numerous other European destinations no transport costs will be charged for the dispatch of goods with a value of more than 200 Euros excluding VAT (unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions negotiated with the client). Click here to find out more about the shipping costs for purchases less than 200 Euros or to other destinations.

The products ordered via www.dodionline.com will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.

Deliveries are made during business hours on normal working days.

The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 6 days after payment has been received (example delivery time for Metropolitan France). LEMI SRL cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, if you have not received your order after 6 days do not hesitate to contact us so that we can get in touch with the carrier. The approximate delivery period for overseas destinations is between 3 to 8 working days.

9. Promotions, special discounts and price cuts

Promotions, special or permanent discounts and price cuts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If there are several offers linked to the same product, the best one for the client will be applied. Both the net price calculated and the discount applied will be shown in your shopping basket.

10. Right of return

You may return the products purchased on the online site www.dodionline.com without explanation and without paying any costs other than the costs of return at any point in the 14days following receipt of your order. This right of return only applies to items which are in their original state and are complete. No refund will be paid for any item that is incomplete, damaged or where the damage to the original packaging goes beyond that caused by simply opening it. 11. Data protection

LEMI SRL only gathers personal data for the purposes of processing the transaction. If this information is not provided we will be unable to answer your request. In accordance with your legal rights you may access and amend your data, having proven your identity, by sending an e-mail to: info@dodionline.com.

The data required for processing the transaction will be stored and may be passed on to some of our affiliates or service providers within the context of processing the order.

All personal data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and your legal rights will be taken into consideration.

With regard to the above clauses, we use the data received for our own advertising purposes if you have subscribed to our newsletter. You may withdraw your authorisation for this additional use of your data for advertising purposes at any time by sending a simple e-mail to: info@dodionline.com.

You may have given the following consent after placing your order: "Yes, I would like to "rate my purchase later" and receive a one-off e-mail from Trusted Shops after 9 days reminding me to submit my rating (Details). Provided that you have given us your express consent as mentioned above to do so, we will send your e-mail address regarding the request to submit a seller rating for the goods received via the Trusted Shops seller rating system to Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15c, 50823 Cologne, so that they can send you an e-mail after 9 days reminding you to submit your rating. This consent may be revoked at any time with future effect (e.g. by e-mail to info@dodionline.com). 

12. Cookies

www.dodionline.com uses cookies to store information about your purchases and to follow them. If you wish to disable the cookies please follow the instructions provided by your browser. However, if you do so it might restrict your ability to use our website and our services. If you accept our cookies they will remain on your computer for 3 months unless you delete them.

13. Limitation of liability

LEMI SRL shall not be held liable towards third parties for any indirect, specific, incidental or consequential damages caused by negligence or default on the part of the buyer, or from the incorrect use by the buyer of the products sold in accordance with these terms & conditions.

LEMI SRL shall also exclude all liability arising from a failure to comply with these contractual obligations caused by a case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, internal or external social conflicts, fires, catastrophes, internal or external breakdowns and, generally, any event which might prevent an order being executed.

14. Applicable law

By visiting the website www.dodionline.com, you agree to accept that these General Terms & Conditions and any dispute that might arise between you and LEMI SRL or its affiliates are governed by French Law.

15. Disputes

Any disputes which might arise from your visit to the website www.dodionline.com or from the products that you purchase on this website will be submitted to the French courts.
